Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TMG App Store (the "Marketplace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Marketplace. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and developers.

The Marketplace is operated by TMG. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Marketplace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

TMG operates a curated marketplace where independent developers can list their apps and digital products for discovery, download, and purchase. TMG reviews listings for quality and safety but is not the author, publisher, or warrantor of any third-party app or product.

Apps and digital products on the Marketplace are provided by their developers. Your use of any downloaded app is governed by that developer's own license terms.

You may browse the Marketplace without an account. An account is required to make purchases, leave reviews, participate in the community forum, and access developer tools. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When using the Marketplace, you agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate TMG staff or another developer.

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the Marketplace without written permission.

• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.

• Manipulate ratings, reviews, download counts, or chart placement — including review swaps and incentivized ratings.

• Interfere with the operation of the Marketplace or attempt to bypass access controls or payment flows.

• Attempt to reverse engineer our systems or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, and we may remove content or listings at any time.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. TMG does not store your card details. All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Purchases of third-party apps and digital products are generally final once access is granted. Refund requests are evaluated case by case — for technical failures, fraud, or a listing that materially misrepresents what it delivers — and may be granted at TMG's discretion in line with consumer protection law.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us through the Support Center as soon as possible.

Developers who submit apps or digital products to the Marketplace agree to the following:

• Ownership: You must own or be fully licensed to distribute everything you submit, including code, media, trademarks, and any third-party components.

• Accuracy: Listings must accurately describe the app, its functionality, its pricing, and its requirements. Misleading listings are rejected or delisted.

• Safety: Submissions must be free of malware, spyware, and deceptive behavior, and must comply with our Security and Vetting standards published in the Safety Center.

• Commission: TMG retains a platform commission of 15% of gross sales. The remaining balance is payable to the developer under the payout schedule, subject to a completed, verified tax profile.

• Updates: You are responsible for keeping your listings current. If an app becomes non-functional or unsafe, it may be delisted.

• Exclusivity of relationship: Nothing in these terms grants either party exclusivity, employment, agency, or partnership.

Developers may track earnings, request payouts, and manage listings through the Developer Portal.

Reviews and forum posts must reflect genuine experience. We remove content that is spam, off-topic, hateful, or undisclosed advertising. Review manipulation by developers — including rating their own apps or trading reviews — is a serious violation and may result in permanent removal from the Marketplace.

TMG owns the Marketplace itself, including its brand, design, and content. Developers retain ownership of their apps and products, and grant TMG a limited license to display, promote, and distribute their listing content on the Marketplace.

If you believe content on the Marketplace infringes your rights, submit a notice through the Contact page with enough detail for us to investigate. Repeat infringers are removed.

The Marketplace and all third-party listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Marketplace or any downloaded app.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Marketplace is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Marketplace at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, for accounts that create risk or legal exposure for us or our users, or where required by law.
